This Policy explains how Ander Apps handles personal data on andersonmelo.com, the blog and, in general, our apps, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and applicable privacy laws.
1. Controller

2. Scope
This Policy covers the website and blog and serves as a general basis for our apps. Each app may have a specific policy, available in the app, on the product website or in the store, which prevails on the specific points it covers.
3. Data we collect on the website
Contact form: name, email, category, subject and the message you choose to send.
Usage metrics: aggregated browsing data (pages visited, country, device type) collected by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use tracking cookies.
Technical data: hosting access logs (such as IP address and browser), used for security and operation.
Local preferences: light or dark theme and language are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us.
4. How we use data
To reply to your message and follow up on project proposals.
To understand website usage in aggregate and improve content.
To keep the services secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the services, such as hosting (Vercel) and our email delivery provider, under confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
6. Sensitive and health data
The website does not collect sensitive data.
If an app processes sensitive data, such as health, wellness or physical activity information, it will do so only for the stated purpose, with your specific and explicit consent, and with safeguards described in that app's policy. This data will never be sold or used for advertising.
7. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up. Technical logs follow hosting and legal retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.
8. International transfers
Some providers, such as hosting, may process data outside Brazil. In those cases we apply the safeguards required by law.
9. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.

10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and providers with recognized security practices. No system is fully immune to incidents; if one affects your data, you will be notified as required by law.
11. Children
The website is not directed to children. App features involving children's profiles are managed by parents or guardians, according to each app's policy and the child's best interest.
